What is Quote My Project?
Quote My Project (QMP) is an independent UK online marketplace designed to connect customers who have work to do with trades and service professionals who may be interested in that work.
We are building the trade network first. Our initial launch gives the first 500 eligible trade registrations Founding Trade status free of charge before customer project posting opens more widely.
How QMP works
Customers describe the work they need, including the project category, area, budget and timing. Relevant registered trades can view projects and register their interest. The customer remains in control of who they choose to contact or appoint.
Our role
QMP provides the marketplace. We do not carry out, manage or supervise work and we are not a party to the contract between a customer and a trade professional. Customers should make their own checks before appointing anyone, including checking experience, qualifications, insurance and references where appropriate.
